I called asked one question the man didn't let me ... I called asked one question the man didn't let me finished the question and hung up on me... Very rude

They need to be rated a negative. Horrible, disr... They need to be rated a negative. Horrible, disrespectful agents. They talked to me like I was their friend that they was mad at b/c they didn't have the time to listen. Called back twice, two other agents hung up when I asked for a supervisor. Then some lead wanted to address my concern. Just terrible. All of them need to be fired & they need to start over. I work in customer service & yes some people try me but I bet they won't b able to tell it by the way I assist them, not with an attitude & hanging up on people. & who ever write these responses, something need to be done to them. A government entity with a 1, if negative could be a possibility, that's what they need. The whole operation need to be rebooted. They sorry, lazy & miserable.

I have been trying to cancel insurance since 2024.... I have been trying to cancel insurance since 2024. I work full time and have insurance through my employer. I have submitted the proper documentation and yet I am still getting flagged when I file my taxes as having insurance throug this program. I no longer live in GA and have not since Juy 2024. I cannot get anyone to assist me. customer service reps are rude and unhelpful.

If I could give zero stars I would.
